This recipe for 4 ingredient vegan chocolate ice-cream is the only recipe you’ll ever need when you are in need of a sweet treat. You can prepare it with an ice-cream maker or without it.
This is the easiest 4 ingredient vegan chocolate ice-cream of the W-O-R-L-D!!! It does not have milk, nor egg, nor is it made on the stove. You can do it with a CHURN machine or without one; it is made with real ingredients, no chemicals and the best of all is that anyone can do it. Sofia, my daughter, made it.

4 ingredient vegan chocolate ice-cream

- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar I use coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 can whole coconut milk 400 ml, full fat
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch or tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips * optional
Put all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the blender.
Blend until all is fully mixed.
Put in the ice-cream maker bowl and follow the instructions of this appliance.
If you do not have an ice-cream maker machine pour the mixture into a zip lock bag. Flatten it out and put it in the freezer. When frozen, take it out and place it in a food processor bowl. Pulse until an ice-cream consistency is reached.
Método sin máquina:
Vacía la mezcla en una bolsa especial para congelar. Ciérrala muy bien y métela al congelador acostada de tal forma que quede lo mas plano posible.
Cuando este congelada, saca la mezcla y ponla en el procesador de alimentos.
