  • 2 acai packages , 100 grams each
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 cups berries, a mix
  • 2 handfulls of kale or other greens
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How to the best acai smoothie with berries

Add all the ingredients to the blender, preferably frozen so that the smoothie has a good creamy and thick consistency. Blend and that is it, can you believe that healthy and good things for us are ready that easy?

Do not forget to taste the smoothie before serving it, it is always easier to adjust the flavor before serving than when it is already served. 

If your blender does not run prperly use the blender tamper or ad a bit more liquid.

And best of all, if you have a lot left over, you can freeze it in popsicle molds or disposable paper cups. So you always have a good breakfast in the freezer and especially for those days when you have to run.
