This tomato soup is one of my kids’ favorite soups ever, they like it so much they even take it to school for lunch.
It is one of the soups they like the most and ask quite often for it. They love to have it for lunch with a vegan grilled cheese sandwich or a veggie sandwich. I love to prepare it because it is super easy and healthy. And, let’s face it.. it takes no time at all to prepare it. I mean, at the most it will take you two minutes more than it would take you to open a can of soup.
The only thing different step to prepare this tomato soup different from the steps of canned soup is that you have to blend the ingredients. But other than that there is no other. But there is a huge difference in nutrition, flavor, and yumminess. So here is the recipe for the easiest, delicious and vegan

I do have to warn you though that this soup can make you or your family forget your table manners for a bit…?. Well, that happens at my house when my kids eat this soup with a sandwich, especially with a grilled cheese sandwich… THEY DIP THE SANDWICH IN THE SOUP. They think I’m not watching… but I am… and I let them do it…hahhah.
Classic tomato soup
- 2 celery stalk 4-6 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 4-6 tomatoes
- Put all the vegetables in a soup pot and cover with water.
- Cook and blend when the vegetables are soft. Add salt and pepper, taste and adjust if necessary.
- Finish with fresh herbs, roasted chickpeas or avocado slices...
