The food has changed a lot in recent years. It is not ok to say that “I ate that and nothing happened to me … nothing will happen to my kids”. We are in a time where you have to pay close attention to what we eat, look for FOOD and not laboratory creations. Search food that is close  to nature. Whole foods, clean and seasonal produce.
