You have to try these healthy vegan four ingredient truffles; I make them almost every week at home, so my kids can have a treat anytime they want to.

Please tell me how you are doing? All good???? I just wanted to check on you…. because with so much craziness in the world today, I think we all need to support each other. I´m posting a chocolate recipe because Valentine’s day is around the corner and I think everybody is in need of a treat.

Servings: 24
  • 20 dates pitted
  • 11/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  1. Put everything in the food processor.
  2. Pulse several times until everything is well mixed.
  3. With your hands form the truffles.
