hummus with mushrooms

This is one of the best ways I have found to eat hummus as a complete meal. It is delicious and extremely satisfying. I eat it with a freshly baked baguette and a glass of red wine. The best part of this recipe is that you can use store bought hummus or homemade. I do prefer the homemade one but I know there are times when preparing stuff from scratch is impossible.

And it looks beautiful too. The first time I ate this was at a restaurant and it came sever on a wooden platter. I was hooked the minute I saw it. An now it has become one of my favorite foods ever.
