Healthy kale and mandarine smoothie
- 2 handfuls of kale or spinach
- 2 small mandarines or 1 large orange peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 cups coconut water water or almond milk
- 1 piece of ginger *
- 1 banana *
- 1/2 cup ice *
- Blend everything.
