Lime Sesame Dressing Recipe

What are the ingredients?

  • Tamari or soy sauce. Use whatever you have in your pantry, or you like. I have both at home. Tamari is a bit stronger in flavor than soy sauce.
  • Rice vinegar. Buy unseasoned rice vinegar to have better control over your seasoning.
  • Use vegetable oil, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, scallions, and a pinch of salt. I do not recommend swapping the vegetable oil for olive oil; it will slightly change the flavor.

It is as easy as putting all your ingredients in a jar, tightly closing it, and then shaking it until all is well integrated. And you are done; now you have the perfect Asian-inspired sesame dressing with soy and lime.
