Granola in a bowl

I know that when you think of preparing granola you think of slow baking, LONG TIME IN THE OVEN GRANOLA RECIPES. But not anymore believe me, this granola made over the stove is so fast that it will only take five minutes of your time. And not only is almost as fast as opening the ceral box, with this healty and vegan breakfast you will only eat GOOD STUFF. No extra sugars or other tricky things.

tips, ideas & other recipes:

  • First things first. Use this recipe as a guide. Add or skip nuts, seeds, dried fruit. Add only the things that you love.
  • If you love dried cherries, add them, if you can’t handle raisins, don’t use them.
  • When buying dried fruit, always buy the one fruit with no sugar added. The ingredients on the label should only say dried fruit.
  • You can serve this stovetop granola with homemade almond milk, with oat milk, etc.
  • I do believe that if we start our mornings nurturing (good healthy breakfast) our bodies, mind (affirmations) and soul (music-happiness) we are ready to go out the door and have an amazing day… Don’t you?
  • This granola is perfect for school lunches. Put a bit in a container and send a yogurt on the side.
  • Here are other ideas for healthy, delicious and vegan breakfasts: vegan chilaquiles with red sauce, smoothie bowl, gluten-free kimchi avocado toast, rolled oats blender pancakes or baked oats with a pumpkin spice mix.
