tropical bowl, smoothie bowl

I’m super lazy this summer! I love to cook, try new recipes spend hours in the kitchen, experimenting, everything that has to do with eating. But in recent days, I think it’s the heat or something that is happening that I only prepare super fast recipes, recipes without a formal recipe. I think I’m going through a stage of complete laziness.

I don’t know if you’ve seen in magazines or elsewhere that bowls are super trendy. I love them and I find them a super option for the days I do not feel like having a smoothie or cooking. This tropical bowl, well, tropical smoothie bowl is so good not only in flavor. It is very nutritious and full of super powers.

The main idea of the bowls is like smoothies, you can put whatever you want and they are a super way to put all the superfoods you want.

Here are other smoothie recipes and smoothie bowls that we love at home:

The most common super-foods are cacao (not cocoa), chia seeds, chlorella, goji berries, hemp seeds, lucuma, maca, acai berries, and spirulina.

A food is considered Superfood when their nutrient levels are super powerful when we find a high amount of nutrients packed in a bitty piece of them.

I also believe that many fruits and vegetables are superfoods. Papaya and pineapple, for example, are wonderful and are excellent food for athletes.

Here is the recipe for this
