Ingredients
2cans of chickpeas or 3 cups home-cooked chickpeasdrained
1/2cupof vegan mayonnaise or any other mayonnaise
2tablespoonsof Dijon mustard
¼cupchopped celery
1/4cupof red onionfinely chopped
4tablespoonsfresh dillchopped
¼cupfresh parsleyfinely chopped
pinchof sea salt
Bread for the sandwiches or pretzel sliders
Sliced cucumber
Sliced avocado
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mash a bit the chickpeas with the back of a spoon.
