Ingredients
4-6handfuls of mixed greens
1cupbroccoli florets
1apple thinly sliced
1carrot peeled and shaved
¾cuppomegranate seeds
2-3beetssliced
¼chopped walnuts
1box Rosemary Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers from Simple Mills
Vinaigrette
2tablespoonsminced shallots
4tablespoonsred wine vinegar
8tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonmaple syrup
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Put all the salad ingredients in a salad platter.
Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a jar with a lid. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
