Pink beet smoothie

This pink smoothie recipe has the best color, it is very healthy and 100% kids approved. This high vegan protein smoothie is a great pre-workout drink.

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • lime juice
  • cup water, coconut water or almond milk


  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Drink immediately.
