This red cabbage salad recipe is one of the yummiest recipes I've tried. The best thing is that besides being delish it is super easy to make and mega nutritious.

Ingredients
3cupssliced red cabbage
3/4cupbasil
1/2cupcashews
2tablespoonsoy sauce
2tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1tablespoonmaple syrup
Instructions
Add the sliced purple cabbage to a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the rice vinegar and the maple syrup. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add the dressing to the sliced red cabbage and mix. Top with the basil and cashews.
