This avocado and cucumber cold soup is the perfect way to start a meal during the summer or very hot days. This soup is refreshing, healthy and most importantly delicious.

Ingredients
2large avocadospeeled and pitted
4medium-sized cucumberspeeled and roughly chopped
1serrano chile
1/2cupof cilantroapproximately (one handful)
4tablespoonsof lemon juice
1/2cupscold water
1teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend at low speed for a minute, then in a medium speed for two minutes and finally in high speed 2 or 3 minutes more. If you slowly increase the speed of the blender the soup will be creamier.
Try the cold soup and adjust seasoning if necessary.
