Ingredients
1 -14ozblock of extra firm tofu(400 grs)
2tablespoonslemon juice
2-3tablespoonsnutritional yeast
1tablespoonolive oil
6-10fresh basil leaves
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoondried chili flakes
1clovegarlic , pressed
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of the food processor and pulse until everything is well mixed and you have the ricotta consistency.Check for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Notes
Store in the fridge in a tightly-closed container for three to four days. You can freeze for up to three months.
