114- 0zfirm or extra firm tofu
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
2½teaspoonsminced garlic
2½teaspoonsminced ginger
3tablespoonsorange marmalade
¼cupsoy
1teaspoonoriental chili paste or Sriracha sauce
For serving
rice or noodles

Instructions
Make the crispy tofu.
To make the sauce, put the oil in a pan and add the garlic and ginger. When they release their aroma add the rest of the ingredients. Leave for 5-10 minutes on low heat until thick. Add the crispy tofu and top with the spicy, sweet and delicious orange sauce.
Serve on top of rice or noodles and finish with chopped chives and sesame.

1/2 cup of water if it is too thick
1 teaspoon tapioca or cornstarch if too runny
