Ingredients
3frozen bananas
1cupof milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2pitted dates * OPTIONAL
TO TOP
1cupstrawberriessliced
2apricotsseedless, diced
1banana sliced
1cupof green grapes
½cupblueberries blueberries
½cupblackberries
Instructions
In a blender, mix the frozen bananas with the dates if you are going to use, the milk and the vanilla extract.
Divide the mixture among four bowls.
Cover each bowl with the fruit following the colors of the rainbow.
Notes
This recipe is best when eaten immediately and tastes good with any type of fruit, feel free to change or omit any, you can sweeten with maple or cane sugar or not add any sweetener to the base of the bowl.
