This Mediterranean make-ahead salad with quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes, hummus and all the other ingredients you can think of.

Ingredients
2cupsof cooked quinoa
1thinly sliced cucumber
1/4red onion sliced as thin as you can
1cupsliced tomatoes
4tablespoonshummus
2diced toasted pita
4tablespoonsolive oil
4teaspoonslemon juice
pinchof salt
Instructions
Divide the cooked quinoa among the four jars.
In each jar, put a layer of cucumber slices, then a layer of red onion, and finally a layer of sliced tomatoes.
Finish the salad with a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Top with a spoonful of hummus on top and finish with toasted pita pieces.
Cover and the salad is ready to go.
Notes
Do not mix the salad, mix until before eating it.
The idea of putting the quinoa on the bottom is so that it absorbs the liquid and flavor of the rest of the ingredients.
Another idea is to put all the chopped vegetables in cubes and put it in the same order but in a bag. When it's time to eat, shake the bag from side to side to mix the ingredients.
