Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar I use coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 can whole coconut milk 400 ml, full fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch or tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips * optional

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in the blender.
  • Blend until all is fully mixed.
  • Put in the ice-cream maker bowl and follow the instructions of this appliance.
  • If you do not have an ice-cream maker machine pour the mixture into a zip lock bag. Flatten it out and put it in the freezer. When frozen, take it out and place it in a food processor bowl. Pulse until an ice-cream consistency is reached.

Notes

Método sin máquina:
Vacía la mezcla en una bolsa especial para congelar. Ciérrala muy bien y métela al congelador acostada de tal forma que quede lo mas plano posible.
Cuando este congelada, saca la mezcla y ponla en el procesador de alimentos.
