Asian flavored vegan hamburger
Vegan hamburger made with potatoes, chickpeas and other delicious ingredientes.

- 2 medium/large potatoes cooked and peeled
- 1 can chickpeas drained
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon oil neutral taste
- 6 whole wheat buns
- 1 avocado sliced
- 6 large radishes sliced
- 4 large spinach handfuls
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce to taste
- Dijon mustard to taste
In a large bowl crush the potatoes with a fork. Add the beans and crush them until they are mixed with the potatoes.
Add garlic, ginger, coriander, sesame oil, tamari or soy and pinch of salt. Mix well with your hands and form six patties.
On a griddle or skillet over medium heat, add the tablespoon of oil and brown the patties until golden brown on each side.
Meanwhile, mix the vegan mayo with the Srirach sauce
To assemble the burgers, spread Dijon mustard on each bun, add a pattie, spinach, radish slices, avocado, and finish with the spicy delicious mayo
