- 1 cup basil
- 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
- ¾ cup Olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- mixed greens
- dried cherries
To make the dressing, place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
In a bowl put lettuce and a little vinaigrette. Mix well, put the diced avocado and mixed fruit. And that's it.
