Basil dressing

  • 1 cup basil
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • ¾ cup Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • mixed greens
  • avocado
  • dried cherries


  • To make the dressing, place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl put lettuce and a little vinaigrette. Mix well, put the diced avocado and mixed fruit. And that's it.
